This two-part series builds a foundational understanding of student behavior by examining how the brain responds to stress and how underlying factors influence challenging actions. Across both sessions, educators learn proactive, evidence-based strategies that strengthen self-regulation, support emotional well-being, and create a calm, constructive classroom environment.
