How do I log in if I have been pre-registered by my district/organization?
You should have received an email with directions for log-in and resetting your password. If not, please reach out to the Canyon PD Team cpdstg@gce.com.
Where can I find the certificate for a course I have completed?

Once you’ve completed the course, an email is sent to you with the certificate attached. If you are unable to locate this email, you can retrieve your certificate on the website.

Instructions on how to retrieve your certificate on the website:

Login to your account and click the box next to the word “Completed” at the top of the page. Locate the completed course and click on the image of the certificate to view or print. 


If my course does not show up in the “completed” tab section, what do I do?

Make sure you do not have any category filters selected and refresh your page. If that does not resolve the issue, please reach out to the Canyon PD Team at cpdstg@gce.com.


If my school district enrolls me in a course, will I incur any charges?

No, you are not being charged for courses that your school district or organization purchases, nor are you required to complete them unless your employer advises you to do so. 


I received a complimentary course—what steps do I need to take to start it?

Register or sign-in to your account and locate the complimentary course on the homepage. Click, “Enroll”.  Navigate to the “Cart” in the top right-hand corner. Use the coupon code that was provided to enroll. DO NOT enter your credit card information. If you are on this screen, you have gone too far. If your coupon does not work, please reach out to the Canyon PD Team cpdstg@gce.com 


I completed a course but am still receiving course notifications—how should I address this?
Reach out to the Canyon PD Team at cpdstg@gce.com and ask to be unrolled from the course notifications.
What is the process for unenrolling from a course?

Reach out to the Canyon PD Team cpdstg@gce.com and request to be unenrolled from course(s).


What should I do if I’m having issues with my course?

First, log out of STG and exit the platform. Log back in using a different browser if possible. If the issue persists, please reach out to the Canyon PD Team at cpdstg@gce.com. Please provide the name of the course, a detailed explanation of the issue, and include any relevant screenshots or pictures if you have them.


Can I retake the course if I didn't do well on the test or would like a refresher?

Yes, you can take the course as many times as you would like. If you purchased a course directly from the website, you have access to the content for a specified amount of time. See below:

One-Topic Courses: 90-day access

Multiple Topic Courses (Workshops): 120-day access

If your organization, school, or district has purchased customized courses you will have access to the content on the Solutions To-Go platform for one year.
I received a discount code for a complimentary course, but it is not working. What should I do?

Check to make sure the discount code is still valid. If you received a flyer for our monthly complimentary course, the code is only valid through the last day of the month. However, once you enroll, you will have access to the course for 90-days.


I accidentally enrolled and paid for a course and would like a refund. Is this possible?
Although a refund is possible, it is a timely process since payments are processed through a third party company. We are happy to process a refund or offer you a code to take another course of your choice. Please reach out to the Canyon PD Team at cpdstg@gce.com with your request.
