During this session, the facilitator will provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on the connection between relationship building and classroom management. Participants will be encouraged to evaluate their current practices to identify strengths and areas for improvement. The facilitator will support participants as they identify their next steps for strengthening relationships with students to foster a positive learning environment and implement effective classroom management strategies. 

***Participants will receive ONE Professional Development Hour for completion of this course.
