The purpose of LV3: Leading and Serving a School Community Part 1: The Start is to consider key elements of starting a purposeful culture of character. The course will explain who to involve, what to consider, and research-based effective strategies and steps to utilize on your character education initiative journey. 

Requirements for Completion and Certificate:

• Complete viewing of the video

• Complete attached handouts

• Minimum 80% score on course test 

• Complete end-of-course evaluation
