This course is designed to empower leaders, faculty, and staff in higher education by integrating core virtues into their professional practices, enhancing their ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose. Participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and development, beginning with an analysis of personal values and virtue strengths to determine their purpose in service. This foundational exploration will set the stage for aligning actions with core principles, fostering a community dedicated to ethical leadership and meaningful impact.

Throughout the course, participants will examine key virtues such as humility, honesty, courage, empowerment, gratitude, future-mindedness, and stewardship. Each module offers reflective discussions, practical exercises, and case studies to deepen understanding and application of these virtues in leadership roles. By exploring how these virtues enhance empowerment, job satisfaction, innovation, and ethical responsibility, participants will be equipped to create a more inclusive, forward-thinking, and sustainable academic environment.
