This course explores the moral and ethical dimensions that shape one’s personal and professional character. The course begins with an analysis of the moral influences and failures that have contributed to the formation of one’s character, as well as identifying virtue strengths and weaknesses. Participants will reflect on how ethical dilemmas are navigated, how biases are recognized and addressed, and how these factors can influence character. There are essential components necessary for ongoing personal and professional growth and this course highlights the importance of self-awareness and character formation as foundational elements for both personal integrity and the ability to inspire character development in others. Additionally, the principles of servant leadership are introduced. Participants will engage in the development of a comprehensive growth plan to refine servant leadership and integrate these virtues into daily personal and professional practice.
