Participants will explore how to guide students in connecting ethical practices with virtuous actions, recognizing their virtue strengths, and applying their character assets to become global contributors. The module emphasizes the importance of fostering a culture of integrity and wisdom within organizations, preparing students to address challenges meaningfully on local, national, and global levels.

Additionally, participants will examine the role of constructive feedback in shaping moral and ethical development, learning strategies to provide feedback that fosters character growth and aligns with educational goals. The module also explores the essential virtues that define effective leadership, offering practical approaches to cultivate these virtues in others through mentorship, role modeling, and feedback. By the end of this module, participants will be equipped to lead with integrity and purpose, fostering character, wisdom, and ethical leadership in their institutions.
