This professional learning series explores how instructional coaching can empower teachers and strengthen school culture. Participants can engage in hands-on activities to refine their questioning, feedback, and goal-setting skills while keeping student learning at the center of each conversation. Each session builds upon the last, guiding coaches through the process of building trust, structuring a coaching cycle, and facilitating meaningful growth.

*Participants will receive Three Professional Development Hours completion of this course.

Requirements for Completion and Certificate:

• Complete viewing of enforced video

• Complete attached handouts

• Minimum 80% score on course test 

• Complete end-of-course evaluation
