Personal reflection is a powerful practice that enables individuals to deepen their self-awareness, learn from their experiences, set meaningful goals, enhance emotional well-being, make better decisions, and foster personal growth. It is an essential tool for self-improvement and can have a profound impact on various aspects of our lives. By dedicating time to personal reflection, individuals can unlock their full potential and lead more fulfilling and purposeful lives.
Objectives:
1.1 Understand what character and virtues are.
1.2 Understand what practical wisdom is and how virtues are a component of practical wisdom.
1.3 Reflect on your personal character, biases, influences, and aspirations.
1.4 Define how you view moral goodness and a life of meaning.
1.5 Understand a strategy for making ethical decisions.
1.6 Set goals for who you want to be.
