This session introduces K–12 support staff to practical strategies for presenting with purpose across a variety of settings. Participants explore how the same message can be adapted for one-on-one conversations, small groups, and larger audiences by focusing on clarity, intention, and understanding. The course emphasizes real-world communication scenarios and provides frameworks that support intentional, effective messaging.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Presenting with purpose across 1:1, small group, and large group settings

  • Adapting one message for different audiences (“one message, three rooms”)

  • Checking for understanding to support clarity and alignment

*Participants will receive One Professional Development Hours completion of this course.

Requirements for Completion and Certificate:

  • Complete viewing of enforced video

  • Complete attached handouts

  • Minimum 80% score on course test 

  • Complete end-of-course evaluation
